Our Approach
Our approach is in establishing fully-licensed and dedicated private investment funds to suit the identified investment opportunities. The funds involve a hybrid capital structure, with equity (investor and management) shares and fund-specific bonds, giving us the flexibility and ease to capitalise as we and our investors may require.
Cap Lion Point, the principle holding and investment entity, establishes and owns investment funds, into which interested investors are invited to invest.
Each fund is strategy and opportunity-specific. For example, one fund may be a South Asian mid-cap equity investments fund. Another fund may be a dedicated project financing and return fund for a particular project. Projects range across sectors, from manufacturing to real estate.
Cap Lion Point’s investment advisory and fund administration professionals then actively manage the investments for fund investors.
